Common questions
How do I get a Perfect?
Stop pouring inside the green zone near the top of the cup, match every part of the order, and hand it over quickly.
A button says "Hold to refill". What do I do?
You've run out of that cup size or add-in. Press and hold the button for a moment to restock it.
How do regulars work?
Regulars start showing up at level 9, and each location has its own twelve. Serve them well to earn hearts. Hearts mean bigger tips, a little more patience and Fizz Tokens.
What happens when I franchise?
From level 30 you can open a new location. Your level, cash, crew and upgrades start over, but you keep your Recipe Book, achievements, regulars, Fizz Tokens and cosmetics, and earn Franchise Stars.
Does my progress sync between devices?
Not yet. Progress is saved on each device. Achievements and leaderboards sync through Game Center on Apple devices.
How do I start over?
Go to Settings and tap Reset progress. This can't be undone.
Can I see the tutorial again?
Yes. Go to Settings and tap Replay tutorial. It plays at the start of your next day.
